Return Remade Items

If you have already Applied for a remake and have received the remade item(s), then we ask that you return the ill fitting item(s) by following the instructions in the Remake email you received.

You will be asked to print out a return form to place on your return package box.

Return for a Refund

Items can be returned within 14 days of being shipped for a full refund.

If you are unhappy with the fit, we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee that lets you alter the clothing locally or have the items remade for free.

If you still are not happy with the items and want a full refund please follow these return instructions.

Return Policy

To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be postmarked to Luca Falcone within one week (7 days) of a customer receiving their order.

Luca Falcone will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. Luca Falcone has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

Luca Falcone will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Any package received at the Luca Falcone head office that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without refund.

If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before another payment source.

You must return all items purchased as part of a promotion to receive a full refund. Kept items will be charged at full market value.

Payment Safety

Luca Falcone takes all necessary precautions to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. All Luca Falcone transactions are conducted through a secure and trusted third-party payment processor. Luca Falcone does not keep full credit card information on record.
